Innervation Swirl

We trust that this year has been favourable to you and that business is going well! At innervation we have been hard at work with many new product and service innovations, which we feel will add great value to your business and assist you in servicing your customers more swiftly and efficiently.

Whats New at Innervation?

We have just re-launched our Gift Card and Loyalty programs, which now include customer and merchant portals, as well as a mobile app. Further to this strategy, we have partnered with a digital receipting and customer insights company – MyReceipts. This innovative platform not only allows your business to help protect the planet by saving on paper, but also offers your customers a handy platform to digitally access their receipt data with associated benefits such as warranty and refund management in one place. The platform also affords you an opportunity to position dynamic product related content or marketing material in a non-intrusive way. Being able to access your cash customers' purchase data offers valuable insights. Watch this space for our Big Data and machine learning products, as well as Business intelligence which is in development.

In the Spotlight - Mobile Payments

Mobile payment, and specifically its acceptance in face-to-face retail, is fast becoming a reality. The imminent (2018) deployment of Masterpass and mVisa in SA and other African markets, will rapidly create awareness from cardholders with the associated demand for such services. Innervation has invested in a business which will enable mobile and push payments and are working to be able to display QR codes on the payment device. This will make it easier to facilitate one secure payment method for all payment types including MasterPass, mVisa, Zapper, Snapscan, as well as our own gift card and loyalty program payments, together with wiGroup payments through a single integration. This product can also expand to accommodate direct to account payments and even blockchain based payments in the future. Building on Innervation's current support for mPesa in Kenya, Innervation will support mobile payments by making the service available for integration to POS in September 2018.
