
Innervation has recently introduced its enhanced Loyalty and Gift Card platforms. As part of our larger customer engagement offering to merchants, Innervation has partnered with an e-receipting company, which will enable our retail clients to issue electronic receipts / slips. We are also working on a powerful new Business Intelligence tool, which provides predictive and analytical insights enabling merchants to influence customer behaviour. Outputs derived from this effort are being used to develop a comprehensive Shopper Marketing service. Shopper Marketing will typically see promotions being made on an individual basis, using machine learning.
