Innervation will launch its Payment Insights and Loyalty Insights offerings by December this year. These services will offer insights related to the merchant, stores, inventory, customers, loyalty members and processing banks. These insights are key to enabling merchants to take advantage of our Shopper Marketing service to execute individualised campaigns. Microsoft Power BI will be used as the underlying technology.
Access to the Insights service will be via a new secure merchant portal, which will also support access to our gift card, loyalty, virtual voucher and recon portals.
Ultimately, all Innervation services will be accessible via this portal.
