With the festive trading period behind us, it is always good to look back and reflect on the year past.
Our Support and Operations teams were well prepared for Black Friday 2018 - all the necessary maintenance and failover checks were performed well ahead of this peak trading period. Our teams worked around the clock and we are happy to announce that we had no major outages on any of our systems, nor did any of our clients suffer system downtime during this busy time.
Our records showed an increase of more that 25% on transaction values for Black Friday alone. Black Friday weekend recorded the highest transaction count for 2018, proving once again just how vitally important this trading period is for retailers.
