End of Year Message from the CEO - Nov 2018


With 2019 just around the corner, 2018 had been an action-packed year. As we head into the peak year-end festive trading period, we want to reassure you that Innervation is fully committed and ready to support its Clients through this busy time.


Being the busiest time of the year, and with tough trading conditions, we understand no one can afford to have downtime. We urge you, our clients, to ensure that you have back up comms in place and that they are regularly tested. Ensure that any relevant fail-over communication and acquirer testing is done ahead of the peak trading period, and contact Innervation to schedule any testing you may require. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Services team.


Our Support and Operational teams will be working at full capacity through the Black Friday and December trading periods and you have our ongoing commitment to the support that we will provide through this peak period.
